Regional real estate firm recognizes sales associate success – News – Burlington County Times

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, Realtors has recognized a number of its Burlington County associates for their recent sales success.

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, Realtors, the largest residential brokerage in the U.S. based on sales, has recognized a number of its Burlington County associates for their recent sales success.

The Christopher Twardy Team of the Mount Laurel office was among first quarter 2020 award winners for gross commission income (GCI) and/or residential units in the entire national BHHS network of nearly 50,000 agents and 1,450 offices in 47 states. The team ranked 15th among small teams in the network for units. Additionally, the team ranked third among the top three teams in the network for units in New Jersey.

A number of associates received Honor Society Awards, putting them in the top 14% of BHHS agents nationwide. They incldue: the David O’Neal Team, the Barbara McKale Team, Danielle Bailey, Shavonna DuPree, Lisa Hopewell, Dan Levy and Lorraine Silverman, of the Marlton-Voorhees office; the Pressler Team, the Steven Pagan Team, Kathleen Adams, Jody Clancy and Di Gibson, of the Medford office; Team O’Hara, the Colon Group, the Real Estate Ace Group, Janet Brandenburger, Denise Jasinski and Lori Wade, of the Moorestown office; and Anwar Eskaros, Julia Joyce-Hall and Carolyn Stewart, of the Mount Laurel office.

Office leaders for the month of May were: Marlton-Voorhees office, Susan Grimm, for volume; Sid Benstead Team, for listings, and the Carol Minghenelli Team, for volume and units; Medford office, Wilhelm Real Estate Team, listings and units; Pagliuso Team, volume; Moorestown office, Melissa Young, listings; and Colleen O’Hara, volume and units; and, from the Mount Laurel office, Betty Shepard, listings; and Christopher Twardy, volume and units.

The Twardy and Minghenelli teams, along with the Iyan Kiyatkin Team of the Marlton-Voorhees office, also received 8th Annual REAL Trends and Tom Ferry International America’s Best Real Estate Professionals Awards. The national awards honor the top 1.5% of 1.4 million real estate professionals in the nation based on sales volume and other factors.
