Thursday afternoon, a person riding a bicycle was struck by a van. It happened near the intersection of State Avenue and Orchard Lane.
Police say the driver in the van was attempting to make a right-hand turn and didn’t see the bicyclist through traffic.
Billings Police tell us the rider’s injuries appeared to be minor.
